Peter Hawkins

As Innovation's Principal Strategic Programme Architect, Peter Hawkins has a 25+ year track-record in the successful definition and delivery of large-scale programmes across many key sectors, including major business change Programmes within financial services (Solvency II, economic capital, actuarial modeling & consultancy, regulatory).

Our Programme Architects are our most experienced strategic support consultants, who work alongside business and programme/project managers and teams using advanced and unique techniques to help achieve exact definition and to provide a 'Zero Failure Approach'.

Mukesh Makwana

A seasoned senior executive and management consultant with experience of 25+ years in start-ups, turnarounds and driving exponential growth.

He has served in multiple roles spanning sales, large account management, service delivery, practice leadership, general and executive management with multi-billion dollar companies. He has also consulted with clients as "Interim CEO and CIO" driving transformation, performance improvement, M & A integration, divestitures and turnarounds.

His prime areas of expertise lie in CEO services (organic growth, M&A, business model innovation, turnarounds), CIO services (IT strategy, IT performance improvement, IT transformation).

Has managed large multi-million dollar P/L and led geographically dispersed teams of people.

Ian Miller

A Programme and Project Manager with wide-ranging experience across the financial sector, with a solid record of delivery of large-scale Programmes and Projects, within the financial sector, Ian has particular expertise in Life and Pensions product launches and Actuarial change programmes. Ian's key strengths are in bringing together internal and external teams to deliver both individually and collectively and in excellent stakeholder communication and management skills.

He is now overseeing the delivery of a large business change and regulatory Programme for one of Innovation's key clients.

Ian is permanently based in Hong Kong as the company's CEO for Asia.

Nick Stone

Nick is a very experienced and dynamic Programme Manager/Director with a wide range of business, product and technology skills. A strong track record of shaping and delivering high profile and high value international business change programmes in primarily within financial services.

His experience includes: Actuarial modeling systems (including Quic) and consultancy Programmes, Stock Exchange trading system platform replacement; international, private and retail banking, including risk management (Globus, Quasar, Atlas); investment management, including asset management, derivatives and custody; regulatory programmes including compliance, and regulatory reporting.

Nick is also one of Innovation's Strategic Programme Architects, responsible for designing and defining major programmes, using Innovation's unique 'Zero-Failure Approach'

Richard Beaven

He has spent 30+ years implementing and driving business change through building and managing high performing teams. He learned his trade by delivering small business improvement projects in his early twenties and graduated over the years to multi-million pound, business critical projects.

His experience has been gained with blue chip companies within the financial services industry, including, AIA, American Express, BUPA (Insurance), The London Stock Exchange, Nationwide (Banking) and Hermes Pension Management.

Now based in Hong Kong as part of our permanent Asian team, Richard is Innovation's Strategic Programme Architect, defining and designing large, Pan Asia Programmes for the company's financial sector clients.
